BIOGRAPHY Minnie Luella was born to William C. and Anna E. Collins. The Collins family moved to Rooks County, Kansas in early pioneer days where Minnie grew to womanhood. She married John Irvin Paramore on December 29, 1898. She had seven children, Hazel, Esther, Floyd, Nola, Dorothy, Doris, and Wilma.
